摘要 劳动是人的类本质规定。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记站在实现中华民族伟大复兴的战略高度,高度重视劳动事业,并在重要场合对劳动作了经典阐释,形成了富有时代特色和重大意义的劳动观,成为习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分。习近平劳动观的生成是在传承和发展马克思主义经典作家关于劳动的重要思想,深深扎根于中华优秀传统劳动文化根基上,立足十八大以来中国特色社会主义取得的开创性成就,并在个人丰富的劳动经历基础上形成的。习近平劳动观的核心要义体现在劳动价值观、劳动幸福观、劳动关系观和劳动创造观,这些丰富的劳动思想对新时代大学生树立正确劳动观念、练就过硬劳动本领、培养诚实劳动的优良品格、强化服务人民的劳动情怀具有重要启迪,是实现德智体美劳全面发展的根本遵循。 Labor is the essential provision of human class.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has stood at the strategic height of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,attached great importance to the cause of labor,and made a classic interpretation of labor on important occasions,thus forming a labor concept with the characteristics and significance of the times,which becomes an important part of Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The formation of Rooting deely in the foundation of China's outstanding traditional labor culture,Xi Jinping's labor view is formed on the basis of inheriting and developing the important thoughts of Marxist classic writers on labor,and is based on the pioneering achievements of socialism with Chinese characteristics since the 18th National Congress,as well as on the rich labor experience of individuals.The core meaning of Xi Jinping's labor view is embodied in labor values,labor happiness,labor relations and labor creation,which are important inspirations for college students in the new era to establish correct labor concepts,practice excellent labor skills,cultivate the fine character of honest labor,and strengthen the labor feelings of serving the people.
