摘要 在某烟草品牌的某卷烟配方中按不同比例添加造纸法再造烟叶,开展主流烟气指标分析,研究影响趋势;选取2种HH牌号卷烟产品,对添加造纸法再造烟叶前后的主流烟气指标开展对比分析,研究影响程度。检测结果表明,添加造纸法再造烟叶后,卷烟样品主流烟气在总粒相物中水分和一氧化碳含量等指标方面变化不明显,在烟气烟碱量、焦油量和抽吸口数的指标方面均比对照样品低,且随着添加比例的增加呈逐步降低的趋势;对比添加造纸法再造烟叶前后2种卷烟试验样品,添加后的样品烟气烟碱量分别降低了9.75%,9.77%;焦油量分别降低了8.76%,5.22%。 In this paper,in a certain cigarette formula of a certain tobacco brand,the paper-making reconstituted tobacco was added according to different proportions,and the mainstream smoke index was analyzed to study the influence trend;Two kinds of HH cigarette products were selected,and the mainstream smoke indexes before and after adding paper-making reconstituted tobacco were compared and analyzed,and the influence degree was studied.The test results showed that after adding paper-making reconstituted tobacco leaves,the moisture content and carbon monoxide content in the mainstream smoke of cigarette samples did not change significantly.The nicotine content,tar emission and the number of suction ports of flue gas were lower than those of the control sample,and showed a decreasing trend with the increase of the proportion.Compared with the two kinds of cigarette samples before and after adding paper-making reconstituted tobacco leaves,the nicotine content of the samples decreased by 9.75%and 9.77%,and the tar content decreased by 8.76%and 5.22%respectively.
