不同操作方法对粳稻出米率值影响的研究

摘要 出米率是米厂及储粮库点评判稻谷优劣的重要指标。在实际检验过程中,由于没有相应的国家标准及检验方法,因此稻谷出米率值的检验结果准确性有待考量。通过比较不同操作方法对粳稻净稻谷出米率值的影响,以出米率值最大为依据,根据碾磨出大米达到三级精度为判定标准,确定测定粳稻出米率的规范化操作方法为:待测试样为净稻谷140 g,碾磨时间30 s,卡槽位置为第5格,过筛方式为顺时针筛30 s,逆时针筛30 s,同时精米机中心轴温度过高会降低出米率值,为提高出米率试验结果的准确性提供科学依据。 The yield of rice is an important index for judging the quality of rice in rice mills and grain storage sites.In the actual inspection process,there is no corresponding national standard and inspection method,so the accuracy of the inspection results of rice yield value needs to be considered.In this paper,by comparing the different operation methods on japonica rice milled rice rate value,the influence of to the milled rice rate value maximum,according to the grinding out rice reaches 3 precision as the determinant standard,standardization of operating method for determination of japonica rice milled rice rate were confirmed as the following:under test sample was 140 g rice,grinding time 30 s,card slot position for the fifth,sieving method were:clockwise sieve 30 s,counterclockwise sieve 30 s,at the same time polishing machine center shaft temperature will reduce the milled rice rate value,this study in order to improve the accuracy of the milled rice rate test results provide a scientific basis.
