摘要 通过真实的老年丧偶案例,围绕着老年丧偶案主的问题评估与服务模式构建及实施展开的阐述,尝试运用社会工作专业方法的个案工作模式对老年丧偶案主进行介入和干预,帮助老年丧偶案主走出当前的困境,重新树立起自强不息、积极向上的“乐观”生活态度。同时构建起一套相对规范、完整、行之有效的老年丧偶案主个案社会工作服务模式,为广大的老年社工及同行提供一定的借鉴参考价值。 Through real cases of widowed elderlies,this paper tries to use the case work mode of professional social work intervention to help the widowed elderly to re-establish self-improvement and adopt positive attitudes towards life by beating difficulties they face.At the same time,the construction of a set of relatively standardized,complete and effective social work service modes for the widowed elderly can benefit the vast number of social workers by providing some guiding reference.Focusing on assessment of major elderly problems,the authors elaborate on service plan construction,implementation and expansion.
