高质量发展阶段:城市与高校融合发展研究

摘要 基于创新驱动发展的时代背景,按照中心城市、副中心城市和高等教育资源集聚特征筛选了61个样本城市,运用耦合模型对高等教育与城市竞争力协调水平进行测定。结果显示,61个样本城市的高等教育发展与城市竞争力协调水平整体较低;其中,中心城市两个系统协调度高于副中心地级市样本;文中又把城市竞争力细分为城市综合经济竞争力和城市可持续竞争力。结果显示,高等教育与城市可持续竞争力协调度更高。在此背景下,我们要充分促进城市与高校合作共赢。 based on the background of innovation-driven development, 61 sample cities were selected according to the characteristics of central cities, sub-central cities, and higher education resource agglomeration. The coupling model was used to measure the coordination level of higher education and urban competitiveness. The results show that the coordination level of higher education development and urban competitiveness in these cities is generally low;the coordination degree of the two systems of central cities is higher than that of sub-central prefecture-level cities. The article further subdivides urban competitiveness into economic competitiveness and sustainable competitiveness, and the results show that higher education and urban sustainable competitiveness are more coordinated. In this context, we must fully promote win-win cooperation between cities and universities.
