摘要 从教育场域视野来看,学校、社会、家庭和自我教育场域在大学生劳动教育中发挥着主导性、支持性、基础性和内生性作用。审视当前学校教育场域作用弱化、社会教育场域作用淡化、家庭教育场域作用软化、自我教育场域作用虚化等现实困境,提出重塑大学生劳动教育是一项多元教育场域共同发挥效能的系统工程,应积极构建学校、社会、家庭和自我教育的"场域共同体",协同完成培育全面发展时代新人的历史使命。 School,society,family and self-education field play a leading,supporting,basic and endogenous role in the labor education of college students from the perspective of education field.In view of the current practical difficulties,such as the weakening of the school education field,the weakening of the social education field,the softening of the family education field and the diminishing of the self-education field,this paper proposes that the remolding of college students’labor education should be a systematic project,in which multiple education fields play a common role.It is necessary to actively construct the"field community"of school,society,family and self-education,and cooperate to complete the historical mission of cultivating new talents in the era of all-round development.
