摘要 西南联大的内部制度体系研究是西南联大研究中的一个鲜见而重要的领域。文章追溯西南联大合组前三校的规章制度及其特质,深入挖掘出西南联大内部规章制度中的数量、内容并整理分类,系统生成西南联大内部规章制度建设图表,揭示了西南联大规章制度体系的整体特征,同时从西南联大制度建设的成功经验中探求新时代我国高等教育治理体系和治理能力现代化的借鉴价值和意义。 The research on the internal rules and regulations system of National Southwest Associated University is a rare and important field.This paper traces the rules and regulations and their characteristics of the first three universities of National Southwest Associated University,deeply excavates the quantities,contents and classification of their internal rules and regulations,systematically generates chart of their internal rules and regulations construction,revealing their overall characteristics of the rules and regulations system,solving the reference value and significance of the development of higher education in the new era from the successful experience of the system construction of National Southwest Associated University.
