摘要 采用Oaxaca工资均值分解法,以全国180所高校硕士毕业生抽样调查数据为样本,比较分析男女硕士毕业生的起薪差异,并检验了多重因素的作用。研究表明,男性硕士毕业生的起薪显著高于女性硕士毕业生,主要受到性别歧视和工作特征的影响,高校信号和人力资本的影响较小。为减少性别歧视和工作特征的影响,进一步改善女性硕士毕业生的起薪,从个体层面、教育层面、政策制度层面、法律保障层面提出建议。 This paper uses Oaxaca wage mean decomposition method to compare and analyze the differences in starting salary between male and female master graduates with the sample data of 180 colleges and universities in China,and tests the role of multiple factors.Research shows that the starting salary of male master’s graduates is significantly higher than that of female graduates,which is mainly influenced by gender discrimination and job characteristics.But it is less influenced by college signals and human capital.In order to reduce the impact of gender discrimination and job characteristics and further improve the starting salary of female graduate students,this paper puts forward suggestions from the individuals,education,policy and system,as well as legal protection level.
