摘要 哈佛大学教育学PhD项目培养博士生的跨学科特点主要表现在开放优才的招生理念、跨学科学术人才的培养目标、围绕复杂教育问题而设的专业、全部以跨学科形式设置的课程、跨学院共享的师资配备、跨学院联合培养的组织保障。对我国高校开展跨学科培养博士生的启示在于灵活组织跨学科博士生教育项目,逾越学科壁垒;开设多类型的课程和专业,构建跨学科博士生培养路径;组建跨院系教师团队,完善跨学科教师评聘制度。 The interdisciplinary characteristics of Harvard PhD program in educationare mainly manifested in the enrollment of openness and excellence,the goal of cultivating interdisciplinary academic talents,the majors designed around complex educational problems,the courses set up in an interdisciplinary manner,the intercollegiate faculty,and the organizational guarantee of joint training across colleges.The enlightenment for the interdisciplinary training of doctoral students inChina lies in the flexible organization of interdisciplinary doctoral education programs,overcoming disciplinary barriers;the offering of multiple types of courses and majors,constructing of interdisciplinary doctoral training paths;the formation of intercollegiate teacher teams,improving the evaluation and recruitment systemof the interdisciplinary faculty.
