摘要 在“交通强国”战略思想的指导下,综合交通系统体系构建与编制工程已全面开展。目前对于交通强国背景下小城镇交通规划研究多为单一角度,不够全面和系统。分析新形势下综合交通的发展重点,从“人性化”“综合化”“生态化”“规划协调”四方面探究小城镇交通规划的必要性,并在此基础上分析当前小城镇交通发展过程中存在的主要问题,以居民、道路、交通空间为核心需求对小城镇交通规划产生的新要求进行分析。探索新背景下小城镇交通规划的总体思路,为进一步引领我国小城镇的交通发展提供基础理论。 Under the guidance of the strategic thought of“transportation power”,the construction and establishment of a comprehensive traffic system have been carried out.At present,the research on traffic planning in small towns under the background of traffic power is mostly from a single perspective,which is not comprehensive and systematic.Through the analysis of the new situation under the development of comprehensive traffic key points,this paper explores the necessity of traffic planning in small towns from four aspects of“humanization”“integration”“ecology”and“planning and coordination”.This paper analyzes the main problems in the process of traffic development in small towns.based on the core demand of residents,roads and traffic space,this paper analyzes the new requirements of traffic planning in small towns,explores the general idea of traffic planning in small towns under the new background and expounds the basic viewpoints for leading the development of towns further in China.
