摘要 民宿作为旅游景区的住宿配套,经历了依托旅游景观、个人房屋租赁改造旅馆的民宿1.0模式,进化到小规模村落集中化发展的民宿2.0模式后,逐渐演变为集群化、区域品牌化的民宿3.0模式。以涠洲岛滴水村民宿集群为研究对象,基于民宿经营者与游客主客位双重视角,探索涠洲岛滴水村民宿集群发展存在的问题以及对策。通过对民宿经营者进行深入访谈,梳理涠洲岛滴水村民宿集群发展现状,了解民宿经营者目前的经营困境;同时运用网络文本分析法借助ROST Content Mining软件对游客体验进行分析,获取游客对涠洲岛滴水村民宿集群的体验感知因素。从周边环境、民宿品质、行业引导、产业联动等四个方面归纳出涠洲岛滴水村民宿集群存在的不足并提出对策建议。 Homestays,as accommodation facilities in tourist attractions,have evolved from the homestays 1.0 mode relying on tourist landscape and individual housing rental to the guesthouses 2.0 mode of small-scale village centralized development to the clustered and regional brand homestays 3.0 mode.Taking the homestay cluster in Dishui Village of Weizhou Island as the object of study,based on the dual perspectives of the operator and the visitor,the problems and countermeasures of the development of homestay cluster in Dishui Village were explored.Through in-depth interviews with the operators of homestay,the development status of the homestay cluster in Dishui Village,and the current operating difficulties of the operators of homestay are summarized.Meanwhile,the network text analysis method is used to analyze the tourists'experience with the help of ROST Content Mining software,so as to obtain the tourists'experience perception factors of the homestay cluster in Dishui Village.The shortcomings of the homestay cluster inDishui Village were summarized from four aspects,including surrounding environment,quality of homestay,industry guidance and industry linkage,and countermeasures were put forward.
