摘要 依据农村产业融合发展试点县样本数据,构建农村产业融合发展认知影响返乡农民工创业能力的结构方程模型。研究发现,农村产业融合发展认知对机会、承诺、关系及战略管理能力均显著正向影响,其中,农村产业融合发展认知对关系能力的直接效应和总效应均最大,其次是承诺能力和机会能力,对战略管理能力具有直接负向效应和总的正向效应;关系、机会和承诺能力在农村产业融合发展认知与战略管理能力之间起复合多重中介作用。为有效提升返乡农民工创业能力,应从理论与实践两个层面提升其农村产业融合发展认知水平,创设交流合作机会提升其社会资本质量,结合农村产业融合发展与创业相关政策设计返乡创业培训项目。 Using effective data of national pilot counties of rural industrial convergence,a structural equation model was constructed to study the impact of rural industrial convergence development cognition on the entrepreneurial ability of returning migrant workers.The results found that rural industrial convergence development cognition had a significant positive impact on opportunity ability,commitment ability,relationship ability and strategic management ability.Among them,the direct and total effects on the relationship ability were the biggest,followed by the commitment and opportunity ability,while rural industrial convergence development cognition had a direct negative effect and a total positive effect on the strategic management ability.Relational ability,opportunity ability and commitment ability played compound multiple mediating roles between rural industrial convergence development cognition and strategic management ability.In order to effectively improve the entrepreneurial ability of returning migrant workers,it should further improve returning migrant workers'cognitive level of rural industrial convergence development from two aspects of theory and practice,create various opportunities for exchange and cooperation to further improve the quality of returning migrant workers'social capital,and design the entrepreneurship training program based on the relevant policies of rural industrial integration development and entrepreneurship.
