摘要 中国人民银行石家庄中心支行积极开展扶贫征信文化宣传活动,引导人们同心协力强化诚信意识,营造良好信用环境,助力脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴发展。扶贫征信文化宣传活动具有降低不良贷款水平、提升农户了解自身信用状况和维权意识、形成农村征信宣传网的优点。开展扶贫征信文化宣传活动具有重要启示:贫困地区征信文化建设需要制度机制,征信宣传路径创新能够更好服务群众,征信宣传产品差异化设计非常重要,宣传人员培训与传播技术更新具有良好效果,多维度宣传能够提升整体效果,宣传具有较强的规模效应。 The Shijiazhuang Central Sub-branch of the People’s Bank of China has actively carried out propaganda activities on poverty alleviation credit reference culture,guiding people to work together to strengthen their sense of integrity,create a good credit environment,and help poverty alleviation and rural revitalization and development.The propaganda activities of poverty alleviation credit reference culture have the advantages of reducing the level of non-performing loans,improving farmers’understanding of their own credit status and awareness of rights protection,and forming a rural credit information propaganda network.It has important enlightenment to carry out the propaganda activities of poverty alleviation credit culture:the construction of credit reference culture in poverty-stricken areas needs institutional mechanisms;the innovation of credit propaganda path can better serve the masses;the differentiated design of credit propaganda products is very important;the training of propaganda personnel and the updating of communication technology have good effects;multi-dimensional propaganda can improve the overall effect;and propaganda has a strong scale effect.
