摘要 建党百年来,中国经济发展在实践演进和理论创新层面,都围绕从农村到城市再到城乡融合发展这一主线展开。中国共产党的经济工作经历了从新中国成立前以农村为中心的土地革命到接管城市,到新中国建设时期和改革开放时期“以农补工”、农业农村改革为城市经济恢复与发展提供要素“涌入”支持两个阶段。在城市经济快速发展的同时,我们党始终关注城乡融合发展。新中国建设阶段倡导城乡兼顾与城乡互助,改革开放时期提倡工业反哺农业与城市支持农村,新时代提出全面推进乡村振兴。城乡经济发展的理论创新聚焦于中国特色城市化内涵、城市发展模式与道路、工业反哺农业以及城乡一体化发展。展望我国经济发展,以人为核心的新型城镇化建设将是城乡融合发展的战略重点,在此基础上健全城乡融合发展体系机制,全面推进乡村振兴战略、建立新型工农城乡关系。 In the century since the founding of the Communist Party of China,China’s economic development has evolved in practice and at the level of theoretical innovation,revolving around the main line of development from rural to urban and then to urban-rural integration.The economic work of the Communist Party of China(CPC)went through the rural-centered land revolution before the founding of New China to the takeover of the cities;During the construction period of New China and the period of reform and opening up,the“supplementing of labor with agriculture”and the reform of agriculture and rural areas provided the“influx”of factors to support the recovery and development of urban economy.During the rapid development of urban economy,our Party has always paid attention to the integrated development of urban and rural areas,advocating urban-rural balance and urban-rural mutual assistance during the construction stage of New China,advocating industrial feeding agriculture and urban supporting rural areas during the reform and opening-up period,and comprehensively promoting rural revitalization in the new era.Theoretical innovation focuses on the connotation of urbanization with Chinese characteristics,urban development models and paths,industry feeding agriculture,and integrated urban-rural development.Looking ahead to China’s economic development,the construction of new urbanization with people as the core will be the strategic focus of urban-rural integration development,based on which the system and mechanism of urban-rural integration development will be improved,the strategy of rural revitalization will be comprehensively promoted,and a new type of industrial-agricultural-urban-rural relationship will be established.
