摘要 为了解决目前国内外规模化猪场母猪自动饲喂系统侧重自动化而信息化功能较弱的问题,笔者设计了一套基于4G网络的妊娠母猪精准饲喂监控系统。该系统采用4G网络的数据传送模块(DTU)进行数据实时传输,结合可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)控制技术、数据库技术、云服务器技术和组态技术实现生产过程的远程展示;同时运用模糊控制算法以母猪妊娠天数和背膘厚度为输入,结合相关知识库建立控制规则,实现了精准饲喂;该系统在江西正邦科技股份有限公司种猪场进行了测试。结果表明:该系统饲喂精度为0.55%,工作稳定可靠,而且具有远程监控功能,提升了猪场信息化管理水平。说明该系统可在畜牧业方面推广应用。 In order to solve the problem that the automatic feeding system of sows in large-scale pig farms at home and abroad focuses on automation but has weak information function,the author designs a set of precision feeding monitoring system for pregnant sows based on 4 G network.The system uses 4 G-DTU network transparent transmission mode for real-time data transmission,and realizes remote display of production process through PLC control technology,database technology,cloud server technology and configuration technology;at the same time,the fuzzy control algorithm based on the parameters of gestation days and fat thickness of sows is combined with the relevant knowledge base to establish control rules and achieve accurate feeding in this system.The system has been tested at pig breeding farms of Jiangxi Zhengbang Technology Co.,Ltd..The results showed that the feeding accuracy of the system was 0.55%,at the same time,the system not only worked stably and reliably,but also had remote monitoring function,which improved the level of information management of the farm.The results indicated that the system could be widly used in animal husbandry.
