天府肉鸡配套系选育研究

摘要 为了满足我国市场对青脚麻优质鸡的巨大需求,四川农业大学家禽育种团队开展了青脚麻羽型优质鸡配套系的系统育种工作,采用现代家禽育种技术方法,以羽色、冠高等外观及生产性能、繁殖性能为选育指标,进行了6个世代的纯系选育及二系和三系配套试验,并将培育出的天府肉鸡商品代与市场同类青脚麻肉鸡(青脚麻1、青脚麻2)进行生产性能比较分析。结果表明:所培育出的天府肉鸡纯系外貌特征和生产性能稳定,父母代繁殖性能良好。66周龄平均入舍鸡产蛋量为178.0枚,合格种蛋数为161.0枚;商品代上市日龄为70日龄,青脚白肉。公鸡羽毛红亮,料重比为2.48,体重为2488 g;母鸡黄麻羽,料重比为2.62,体重为1978 g。与市场同类产品青脚麻1、青脚麻2相比,天府肉鸡总体繁殖性能和生产性能与青脚麻1相近,略优于青脚麻2。说明该配套系能够满足于中短日龄优质鸡养殖市场的需求。 To meet the huge market demand for high-quality Qingjiaoma chicken in China,the poultry breeding team of Sichuan Agricultural University carried out the systematic breeding work of synthetic line of high quality of Qingjiaoma broilers.Modern poultry breeding techniques was adopted in this experiment,and selected the appearance(feather color,crown height and so on),production and reproduction performance as the breeding indexes,6 generations of pure lines were selected and the combining ability of different combinations was determined.The production performance of Tianfu broiler commercial generation was compared with the same kind of Qingjiaoma broilers(Qingjiaoma 1,Qingjiaoma 2)in the market.The results showed that the pure lines of Tianfu broiler had stable appearance characteristics and production performance,and parental lines had good reproductive performance.The number of eggs for 66 weeks-old chickens was 178.0,and 161.0 of them were satisfied the hatching requirement.The market age for commercial generation was 70 days,having green feet and white meat.Males had red and bright feathers while females had black-dotted yellow feathers.The feed weight ratio of cocks was 2.48,and their average body weight was 2488 g on 70 day.The feed weight ratio of hens was 2.62,and their average weight was 1978 g on 70 day.Compared with the similar breeds in the market,Qingjiaoma 1 and Qingjiaoma 2,the reproduction and production performance of Tianfu broilers were similar to those of Qingjiaoma 1,while slightly better than Qingjiaoma 2.The results indicated that the commercial lines could satisfy the requirements from the short-term high-quality meat-type chicken market.
