摘要 河南省天池抽水蓄能电站地下洞室群光面爆破中频繁出现炸药能量利用率低、爆破后轮廓面平整度差、围岩损伤及超欠挖现象严重等问题,为了提高洞室群光面爆破效果,优化光面爆破方案及爆破参数设计。针对天池抽水蓄能电站尾水洞的爆破开挖,采取施工现场试验手段,分别监测常规光面爆破、水压光面爆破和聚能水压光面爆破产生的爆破振动,并对各爆破方式现场爆破效果进行观测,分析不同爆破工艺的参数对现场爆破效果的影响,对方案进行比选、优化。研究结果表明:与常规光面爆破相比,水压光面爆破和聚能水压光面爆破效果更佳,且采用聚能水压光面爆破产生的半孔率最高,其也能进一步提高隧道轮廓平整度、解决炸药能量无法充分利用而导致原材料浪费降低对周边围岩的损伤等问题。研究成果可为类似水利水电工程地下厂房洞室群爆破的设计与优选提供借鉴。 In smooth blasting for underground cavern group of Tianchi Pumped Storage Power Station,the problems such as low explosive energy utilization rate,poor contour surface flatness after blasting,serious damage to surrounding rocks,and serious over or under excavation occurred frequently.In order to improve blasting effect,smooth blasting schemes and blasting parameters should be optimized.Aiming at blasting excavation of the tailrace tunnel of Tianchi Pumped Storage Power Station,construction field test was conducted.In the test,blasting vibrations generated by conventional smooth blasting,hydraulic smooth blasting and energy-concentrated hydraulic smooth blasting were monitored and according to blasting effect of the blasting methods,the influence of different blasting parameters on the blasting effect was analyzed and the schemes were compared and optimized.The results showed that:compared with conventional smooth blasting,hydraulic smooth blasting and energy-concentrated hydraulic smooth blasting had better effects,and the half-hole rate generated by energy-concentrated hydraulic smooth blasting was the highest,which also could solve the problems such as raw material waste caused by insufficient utilization of explosive energy,improve tunnel contour flatness,and reduce the damage to surrounding rock.The research results can provide reference for design and optimization of blasting of underground powerhouse cavern group in similar water conservancy and hydropower projects.
