摘要 为了确保大渡河枕头坝泄洪闸运行的稳定性和可靠性,有效防止紧急情况下因人为判断失误或者操作延迟,造成下游河道断流、水漫大坝等严重危及生态安全和生产安全的事故,大渡河枕头坝电站设计了具有下游河道生态安全防护功能的泄洪闸应急控制系统。该系统具备库区水位过高应急提门、送出线路跳闸应急提门、泄洪闸动力电源消失应急送电、闸门动作应急联动报警等功能。结合该系统的特点及实际应用情况,详细阐明了该系统的作用和意义,可为同类型水电站闸门应急控制改造提供参考。 To ensure the stability and reliability of the floodgate operation of Zhentouba Hydropower Station on the Dadu River and effectively prevent emergency or delayed operation that leads to river cutoff and dam overflow endangering ecological safety,the floodgate control system was designed with river ecological safety protection.The system has functions of emergency gate lift in case of extra high reservoir level and tripping out,emergency power transmission in case of floodgate power failure and emergency floodgate joint operation and warning.Combining with the characteristics of the system and practical application,the function and significance of the system are expounded in detail,which can provide reference for modification of emergency control gate of hydropower stations.
