摘要 高压水射流辅助掘进机截齿破岩能有效降低截齿受力,在分析适合掘进机截割头水射流配置方式的基础上,建立水射流辅助截齿破岩试验台,选定水射流前置式、后置式、中心式三种方式进行辅助破岩实验,分别得到不同水压下的截齿受力减小率和载荷方差,研究表明前置式和中心式射流辅助破岩效果好,后置式射流效果较差,当水压为40MPa时,三种方式截割力分别减少10.97%、13.67%和1.86%,载荷振动都有一定改善。三种截齿中,射流前置式截齿在低水压区出现截割力增长现象;射流中心式截齿旋转密封件易失效,齿尖易磨损;射流后置式截齿截割后,截槽破碎效果最好,可为后一个截齿截割提供便利。 Rock breaking assisted with high pressure water jet can effectively reduce the cutting force on the pick.based on the analysis of water jet configuration on the roadheader cutting head,the test-bed for rock breaking assisted with high pressure water jet is built and three water jet configurations(the front water jet,rear water jet and center water jet)are selected to conduct the rock breaking experiment to obtain the cutting force reduction rate and load variance under different water pressures.Results show that the front and center water jet are more effective than the rear water jet.When the water pressure is 40MPa,the cutting force under the three water jet configurations will decrease by 10.97%,13.67%and 1.86%.Besides,the load fluctuation has improved.Among the three picks,the front jet pick has a cutting force growth phenomenon in the low water pressure area;the center jet pick rotary seal is easy to fail and the tooth tip is easy to wear;after the rear jet pick cutting,the cutting effect of the kerf is the best,which will facilitate the latter pick.
