摘要 研究了面齿轮磨削加工在通用数控加工中心上的实现问题。根据面齿轮的碟形砂轮磨削加工原理,分析了3种磨削加工方案,建立了基于五轴联动加工中心的机床运动模型,推导了面齿轮磨削加工插补运动公式,并对加工过程做了数控仿真。在此基础上,在通用数控加工中心上完成了面齿轮磨削试验,研究结论对于面齿轮的推广及通用数控加工中心的功能扩展都具有重要意义。 The realization of face gear grinding on general CNC machining center was studied.According to the principle of disc wheel grinding of face gear,three kinds of grinding schemes were analyzed,the motion model of machine tool based on five-axis linkage machining center was established,the interpolation motion formula of face gear grinding was deduced,and the machining process was numerically simulated.On this basis,the grinding experiment of face gear was completed on the general CNC machining center,and the research conclusion is of great significance to the promotion of face gear and the application expansion of general CNC machining center.
