车削分离薄壁不锈钢球壳角料的方法

摘要 桥梁支座球冠衬板的凸球面采用包覆薄壁不锈钢板时,薄壁不锈钢板的角料在车削分离过程中,存在装夹用时长、球壳壁薄受力易变形以及夹紧力作用点不当易造成脱空等现象;这些问题不仅增加车削的难度,而且存在工件飞出、刀具损坏等安全隐患。通过分析产生这些问题的原因,提出了采用自适应弹性向下压紧装夹的工艺方法,该方法使工件与夹具贴合紧密,夹紧可靠,装夹安全快捷。 During the separating unnecessary material of stainless steel plate which coated on the conex spherical surface of spherical liner of the bearing for bridges by turning,the cost time is long to fix piecework,due to thin wall,the deformation is caused by forces,because of the unreasonable position of the force,the gap is an appearance.It not only increases the difficulty of turning,but also causes the workpiece flying out,tool damage and other security risks.Through careful research,a new method was designed which press workpiece by self-adaption force,and the way is fit tightly,reliable,secure and high efficiency.
