摘要 农村基层反腐机制构建是新时代社会主义新农村建设的重要组成部分,是有效预防和治理农村基层腐败的重要制度措施。当前农村社会还存在着基层干部文化水平低,民主监督体制流于形式,村民自治制度不完善,黑恶宗族势力渗透等问题,这些问题阻碍了农村社会的健康发展。面对这些问题,我们必须要加强对村官的教育引导,加强监管力度,保障村民自治制度的有效落实,严厉打黑扫恶,构建完善的农村基层反腐机制。 The construction of rural grassroots anti-corruption mechanism is a vital part of the construction of a new socialist countryside in the new era,and an important institutional measure to effectively prevent and control rural grassroots corruption.At present,rural society still has problems,such as the low level of grassroots cadres,the mere formality of democratic supervision system,the imperfect villager self-government system,and the infiltration of evil clan powers,and so on.These problems have hindered the healthy development of rural society.In the face of these problems,we must strengthen the education and guidance of village officials,strengthen supervision,ensure the effective implementation of the villager self-government system,severely crack down on criminals,and build a complete rural grassroots anti-corruption mechanism.
