摘要 针对烹调步骤繁复、调料添加顺序及用量难以把控的问题,设计了本款智能厨房管家。该装置通过固液体给料、撒料、出料模块和倒菜翻炒模块的协调运作,实现调料与食材的精准添加与均匀混合。控制系统由人机交互界面HMI发送电信号,由Arduino控制电机运转。应用ANSYS做有限元分析,校核核心部件力学结构合理性。本设计富含创意、强大实用,具有广阔的推广价值和应用前景。 The smart kitchen steward system is designed for the problems of complicated cooking steps and difficult control of the adding amount and order of the seasoning.Through the coordinated operation of solid-liquid feeding and strewing module,discharging module and stirring module,the device realizes accurate self-addition and uniform mixing of the seasoning and food materials.The control system sends electrical signals through HMI,and rotation of the motor is controlled by Arduino.Using ANSYS to make finite element analysis,the rationality of the mechanical structure of the core components is checked.This design is creative and practical,and has a broad promotion value and application prospects.
