摘要 由于瓦楞纸箱行业生产要求的提高,需要对瓦楞纸箱包装机械优化升级,因此设计一种全自动粘箱机的远程监测系统。本系统利用Labview软件进行人机交互页面设计,通过OPC技术实现与PLC的实时通讯,配置Labview中Web服务器实现远程通信,并针对工作中的故障研究设计粘箱机的监测调节和故障诊断程序。本系统能够实现全自动粘箱机生产过程中生产数据和运行状态的监测以及故障报警功能,并保存故障时粘箱机的相关数据,便于维修时调用。本系统开发周期短,结构灵活,促进了企业联线生产的实现,有助于提高纸箱生产率。 Due to the increased production requirements of the corrugated box industry,it is necessary to optimize and upgrade the corrugated box packaging machinery,so a remote monitoring system for a fully automatic box gluing machine is designed.This system uses Labview software for man-machine interaction page design,realizes real-time communication with PLC through the OPC technology,configures the Web server in Labview to realize remote communication,and designs the monitoring adjustment and fault diagnosis program of the box gluing machine for the faults in the operation.The system can realize the monitoring of production data and operating status and the fault alarm function during the production process of the automatic box gluing machine,and save the relevant data of the box gluing machine in the event of failure,which is convenient for calling during maintenance.This system has a short development cycle and flexible structure,which promotes the realization of on-line production of enterprises and contributes to improvement of the productivity of carton boxes.
