摘要 该文以某精细化工企业连续氧化生产线的实际工程项目为研究对象,结合控制要求,设计了自动温度控制的电控系统。该控制系统采用西门子S7-1500PLC作为控制器,与传感器之间通过4~20 mA信号或Modbus协议进行通讯。上位机检测控制系统选用威纶通触摸屏,运用网络系统与PLC、变频调速系统、温度控制系统进行数据交换。加入人机界面后,实现了各项参数在线修改、数据实时交互以及整套系统的实时监控。系统运行稳定、控制精准,能够满足企业的安全、稳定生产。 In this paper,the actual project of a fine chemical enterprise continuous oxidation production line is taken as the research object,combined with the control requirements,the electronic control system of automatic temperature control is designed.The control system uses Siemens S7-1500PLC as the controller,and communicates with the sensor through 4~20 mA signal or Modbus protocol.The detection and control system of the upper computer selects the Winton touch screen,and uses the network system to exchange data with PLC,frequency control system and temperature control system.After adding the man-machine interface,the parameters can be modified online,the data can be exchanged in real time,and the whole system can be monitored in real time.The system has stable operation and accurate control,which can meet the safety and stable production of enterprises.
