摘要 为保障隧道施工过程中工作环境的安全,提高隧道预警的实时性同时减少人力成本,该文运用物联网相关技术以及无服务平台设计出一种隧道机器人行走远程控制系统,通过系统需求分析,设计了系统的机械结构以及软硬件模块,在完成机器人行走自动监测系统的设计后,在实际隧道环境中对系统进行了一系列测试。试验表明,该装置能够完全满足隧道施工探测的需求,减少了人力成本,提高预警的实时性和准确性,为隧道施工安全提供有力保障。 In order to ensure the safety of the working environment during tunnel construction,improve the real-time warning of tunnels and reduce manual labor costs,this article uses the Internet of Things related technology and the Serverless platform to design an remote control system for the tunnel's robot exploration.System requirements are analyzed,the mechanical structure and software and hardware modules of the system are designed,and a series of tests are carried out in the actual tunnel environment.Engineers and technicians can connect to the Internet through smart phones to query the detection results in real time.Tests show that the device can fully meet the needs of tunnel construction detection,reduce labor costs,improve the real-time and accuracy of advance danger warning,and provide a strong guarantee for tunnel construction safety.
