摘要 针对钢混组合塔结合段的特殊结构及材料性能要求,采用添加钢纤维、硅灰、膨胀剂等技术手段配制大流动性、高强高抗弯的低收缩混凝土,并通过微观测试进行机理分析。基于有限元分析计算结果指导现场施工过程的温控措施,有效提高了混凝土材料抗弯性能的同时降低了大体积混凝土结构的开裂风险,解决了结合段特殊的性能要求,保证了结构的稳定性。 According to the special structure and material performance requirements of the joint section of the steel-concrete composite tower,the low shrinkage concrete with large fluidity,and high strength-flexural was prepared by adding steel fiber,silica fume and expansion agent,and the mechanism was analyzed by SEM test.based on the results of finite element analysis and calculation to guide the temperature control measures in-site construction process,the flexural performance of concrete material was effectively improve and the cracking risk of mass concrete structure was reduce,which has solved the special performance requirements of the joint section and ensured the stability of the structure.
