摘要 当前,国家正在推行大规模的医疗改革,促进医疗卫生事业的发展。在新的竞争形势下,各个医院都需要不断提高管理水平与管理质量,不断提升业务水平与业务能力,对医院现阶段存在的问题进行分析解决。针对医院管理中存在问题的解决,经济运行分析发挥着重要的作用。基于此,论文介绍了经济运行分析的概况以及在医院管理中的应用,进而阐释经济运行分析在医院管理中应用的措施。 At present,the country is carrying out large-scale medical reform to promote the development of medical and health undertakings.In the new competitive situation,each hospital needs to constantly improve the management level and quality,constantly improve the business level and ability,and analyze and solve the problems existing in the hospital at this stage.Economic operation analysis plays an important role in solving the problems existing in hospital management.based on this,this paper introduces the general situation of economic operation analysis and its application in hospital management,and then explains the application measures of economic operation analysis in hospital management.
