摘要 目前,我国正处于快速城市化发展阶段。为保持城市化的快速健康发展,必须减少资源和能源的消耗,这是建筑业必须面对的任务。在限额设计阶段,基本上可以确定项目建设的80%的成本,这是管理总体成本的重中之重,并且对成本控制具有事半功倍的效果。应用限额设计方法的目的是阻止资金浪费、加强投资控制、提高建设效率。为扭转支出超出预算的现象,有必要从一开始就严格控制项目成本。 At present,China is in the stage of rapid urbanization development.In order to maintain the rapid and healthy development of urbanization,we must reduce the consumption of resources and energy,which is the task that the construction industry must face.In the stage of quota design,80%of the cost of project construction can be basically determined,which is the top priority of the total cost management,and has the effect of yielding twice the result with half the effort for cost control.The purpose of applying quota design method is to prevent capital waste,strengthen investment control and improve construction efficiency.In order to reverse the phenomenon of expenditure exceeding the budget,it is necessary to strictly control the project cost from the beginning.
