摘要 事业单位是我国社会组织的重要组成部分,涵盖医疗卫生、人文教育等多个领域,承担着为社会提供优质医疗服务、教学资源的重任,事业单位的发展关乎到整个经济社会的稳步发展。事业单位人数较多,因此,事业单位的人力资源管理是一项极为重要的工作,关系到工作人员的生存发展,还关系到他们能否积极地开展工作。提高人力资源管理工作水平是推动事业单位发展的有效措施,激励机制是提高人力资源管理工作的重要抓手。 Public institutions are an important part of China's social organizations,covering medical and health,humanities education and other fields.They are responsible for providing high quality medical services and teaching resources to the society.The development of public institutions is related to the steady development of the entire economy and society.There are a large number of public institutions,so the human resources management of public institutions is an extremely important task,which is related to the survival and development of the staff and whether they can actively carry out their work.Improving the level of human resources management is an effective measure to promote the development of public institutions.Incentive mechanism is an important starting point for improving human resources management.
