OECD核心素养概念的生成原则、方法与特征——基于DeSeCo项目质性研究过程的分析

摘要 近年来,教育研究领域的量化研究范式占据了主导地位,但并不是所有教育问题都适宜采用量化研究,质性研究方法也具有一定的价值意义。OECD作为较早开展学生核心素养研究的机构,其研究主要是以提高国家竞争力,提升学生问题解决能力为目标。关于核心素养概念研究的DeSeCo项目,主要是在政府主导的工作小组之下同步开展的国别与学科专家团队的双线研究工作。在研究过程中DeSeCo项目重视多学科视角,强调访谈法等质性研究对于概念、指标的意义。依据在异质文化环境中的普遍适用性原则,DeSeCo项目提出了学生的核心素养概念与指标体系。对OECD核心素养研究过程中方法论的选择与使用的分析,对于当下教育研究活动具有一定的镜鉴意义。 In recent years,the quantitative research paradigm in the field of education has occupied a leading position,but not all educational problems are suitable for quantitative research,and qualitative research has unique value for educational research. OECD,as the earliest institution to carry out the research on students’ key competencies,aims to improve national competitiveness and students’ problem-solving abilities. Focusing on the concepts of key competencies,DeSeCo research project is mainly conducted to carry out the dual research work of national and disciplinary expert teams simultaneously,under the leading group led by the government. In the research process,DeSeCo emphasizes the multidisciplinary perspective and the significance of qualitative methods,such as interview to the research of concept and index system. based on the principle of universal applicability in heterogeneous cultural environment,DeSeCo proposes the concepts of key competencies and index system of students. The research methodology of OECD’s concept of key competencies provides beneficial experiences and inspirations for the current educational research activities.
