摘要 对韩国37所国立大学(综合类19所、理工类7所、师范类11所)的教师业绩评价有关规定进行政策文本分析发现,部分综合类高校和理工类高校在对教师进行业绩评价时,制定了考虑学科特殊性的评价方案,但大部分师范高校尚未制定考虑学科特殊性的评价方案。国立大学教师评价方案呈现出以下特点:重研究成果数量,轻质量;重国际学术期刊,轻国内学术期刊;相较于国内学术会议发表成果,在国际学术会议发表给于更高评价权重;业绩评价期限方面大部分大学评价教师一年的业绩。 This study,selecting the faculty evaluation policies of 37 national universities in Korea as comparative analysis subject,focuses on the main issues in faculty evaluation process including the introduction of discipline or college oriented evaluation indexes,relative portion of education and research,measuring of research quality and the period of assessment.Findings can be assorted as comprehensive and technical universities’faculty evaluation relecting the disciplines or colleges’characteristics,as is different from normal universities.Nearly all the national universities haven’t set up quality assurance system like peer review oriented journal papers for assessing the faculty members’research performance,and most of the universities address and give more weight on the international journal papers or conference presentations than the domestic ones,etc..
