摘要 教师人力资本特征与学生学业成绩之间存在着复杂的关系。本文通过对近20年国内外71项基础教育阶段教师特征影响学生成绩的实证研究的分析,对一些传统性结论进行了确认与澄清。结果显示,教师学历合格率、数学与科学学科的高学历、教师学科专业背景、教师资格证书、教师荣誉资质等与学生学业成绩存在高度的正相关关系;教师以往考试成绩、教师教龄与学生成绩存在一定的相关关系;教师职称和教师性别与学业成绩无相关关系;教师族群对学生成绩影响尚无定论。这一系统的回顾对完善教师聘用、优化教师评审标准、实施骨干教师分层认定动态管理等教育政策均有重要的启示。 There is a complex relationship between the characteristics of teacher’s human capital and students’ academic performance. based on the analysis of 71 empirical studies on the influence of teachers’ characteristics on students’ performance in elementary education in recent 20 years, some traditional conclusions are confirmed and clarified. The results showed that there is a high positive correlation between teachers’ qualification rate, high degree in mathematics and science, teachers’ discipline professional background, teachers’ qualification certificate and teachers’ honorary qualification and students’ academic performance;there is a certain correlation between teachers’ previous examination results, teachers’ teaching years and students’ scores;there is no correlation between teachers’ professional titles and teachers’ gender;and no conclusion on the influence of teacher group on students’ achievement. This review has important implications for the improvement of teacher recruitment, the optimization of teacher evaluation standards and the dynamic management and hierarchical recognition of key teachers.
