“智仁勇”三达德视域下教师形象的现代诠释

摘要 时代变迁和教育理念的变革使得新时期的教师形象随之转向,传统教师成长观立场的教师形象以其片面解读和文化缺位的弊病分离了教师作为完整个体的整体性意蕴。注重教育境遇中关系的生成,关注教师伦理品性的构建是儒家教育传统的核心旨向。本文基于儒家"智仁勇"三达德之思想体系,倡导新时期教师之貌相。其一,做智慧的智者之师,突破知识内核,转识成智,以"达道"之智、"自在"之智、"择宜"之智,进入澄明之境;其二,做至善的仁者之师,以仁爱为内核,仁而爱人,以"无我"之仁、"护生"之仁、"谛听"之仁,进入至善之境;其三,做虔诚的勇者之师,以德勇为内核,勇而不惧,磨练事功,以敬畏之勇、教化之勇、信仰之勇,进入自由之境。 With the change of the times and educational ideas,the image of teachers in the new period has changed.based on the traditional standpoint,teacher image separates the integrity of teachers as an individual due to its one-sided interpretation and cultural absence.The core of Confucian educational tradition is to pay attention to the generation of relationship in educational situation and the construction of teachers’ethical character.This article advocates the appearance of teachers in the new era based on the Confucian ideology of"wisdom,benevolence,and courage".First,to be the wise teacher of wisdom,to break through the core of knowledge,to transform knowledge into wisdom,to enter the realm of clarity with the wisdom of"attaining the Way",the wisdom of"freedom",and the wisdom of"choosing the right";second,to be the teacher of benevolence,to be the core of benevolence,to love people with benevolence,to enter the realm of supreme goodness with the benevolence of"no self",the benevolence of"protecting life",and the benevolence of"listening carefully";third,to be the teacher of pious courage,to be the core of virtuous courage,to be courageous without fear,to sharpen the work,to enter the realm of freedom with the courage of reverence,the courage of edification,and the courage of faith.
