摘要 高等职业教育教师素质提升计划要求建立明确的教师培训评价环节,但当前高职教师培训评价还处于探索阶段,且这种评价有浓厚的绩效考核特点,即关注投入有效性和对被评价单位的经济激励,却忽视了教师持续专业发展特点。本文以教师持续专业发展为理论视角,以成熟的柯氏四层次培训模型的最新框架作为评价基础,结合江苏省高等职业教育教师培训中心的调查数据、学员培训心得文本以及17位相关领域专家与实践工作者的征询意见,构建出基于教师持续专业发展的高职教师培训评价的框架体系。该框架可为后续高职教师培训评价实践,高职教师培训评价工作的标准化,教师培训评价工作第三方介入机制提供行动参考。 The quality of teachers in higher vocational education promotion program requires establishing clear vocational teacher training evaluation,but the current higher vocational teacher training evaluation is still in the exploratory stage,have strong characteristics of the performance appraisal,that is,the focus on input validity and financial incentives for those evaluated but neglects the continuing professional development characteristics of teachers.In this paper,on the theoretical perspective of teachers’continuing professional development,using the latest framework of the proven Koch four-level training model as the basis for evaluation,combined the survey data of Jiangsu Higher Vocational Education Teacher Training Center,the text of participants’training experience and the solicited opinions of 17 experts and practitioners in related fields,build based on teachers’continuing professional development of higher vocational teachers training evaluation framework of system.This framework can provide action reference for the follow-up practice of higher vocational teacher training and evaluation,the standardization of higher vocational teacher training and evaluation,and the third-party intervention mechanism of teacher training and evaluation.
