摘要 中小学教师STEAM教育认识直接影响着学校STEAM教育的开展与实施。通过对西部12省(市、自治区)的13463名中小学教师STEAM教育认识的调查,发现西部地区中小学教师存在STEAM教育潜在价值的高认同度与STEAM教育发展滞后的矛盾、STEAM教育认识需求与STEAM教育自我认识不足的矛盾以及STEAM教育教学挑战的高难度与规划保障有限的矛盾。因此,通过多维拓展深化,加强教师STEAM教育认识;多层浸润提升,增强教师STEAM专业能力;多方协同合作,提高STEAM教师认识保障等方面破解西部中小学教师STEAM教育认识困境,助推西部地区中小学STEAM教育发展。 Elementary and secondary school teachers’understanding of STEAM education directly affects the development and implementation of STEAM education in schools.Through to the western 12 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)of 13463 primary and secondary school teachers in STEAM education survey,it is found that there are contradictions between the high recognition of the potential value of STEAM education and the backward development of STEAM education,the contradiction between the need of STEAM education awareness and the insufficient self-awareness of STEAM education,and the contradiction between the high difficulty of STEAM education teaching challenges and the limited planning guarantee for primary and secondary school teachers in western China.Therefore,through multi-dimensional expansion and deepening,strengthen teachers’STEAM education awareness;multi-level infiltration and promotion to enhance teachers’STEAM professional ability;multi-party collaboration to improve STEAM teacher development guarantees and other aspects to solve the STEAM education awareness dilemma of teachers in western elementary and middle schools,and boost the middle Primary school STEAM education development.
