中学数学教师核心素养及构成要素

摘要 基于立德树人是教育的根本任务,中学数学教师的根本任务就是“育人”和“树人”.中学数学教师的核心素养是指教师在高尚师德素养和精深教育数学素养协同作用下所形成的教师育人和数学树人的专业素养.中学数学教师核心素养分为内蕴核心素养和外化核心素养.内蕴核心素养是指教师拥有的高尚师德素养和精深教育数学素养;外化核心素养是指教师高质量的教师育人素养和高水平的数学树人素养.高尚师德素养主要由教师的思想道德素养和完满人格素养构成,精深教育数学素养主要由MPCK素养和教研创新素养构成;教师育人素养主要由教师对学生的德行教育素养和教师对学生的数学审美教育素养构成,数学树人素养主要由教师培养学生的数学“三会”素养和数学创新素养构成.中学数学教师形成核心素养的标志是教师具有教师育人和数学树人的专业素养. Strengthening morality is the fundamental task of education;the fundamental task of Chinese middle school mathematics teachers is to educate and cultivate people.The core literacy of Chinese middle school mathematics teachers refers to the professional literacy of teachers’educational delivery and mathematics cultivation under the synergistic effect of high teacher ethics and intensive mathematics education.The core literacy of middle school math teachers is divided into inner meaning core literacy and externalized core literacy;inner meaning core literacy refers to teachers’high-quality ethics and mathematics literacy of in-depth education;externalized core literacy refers to teachers’high-quality educational literacy and high level of mathematics cultivation literacy.Noble teacher ethics is mainly composed of teachers’ideological and moral literacy and perfect personality literacy.Profound educational mathematics literacy mainly consists of MPCK literacy and“teaching and research”new literacy.Teachers’educational literacy is mainly composed of teachers’moral behavior habits and mathematics aesthetic education delivered to students,whereas mathematics cultivation literacy mainly consists of teachers’cultivation of students’“three use”literacy and mathematics innovation literacy.The key to the core literacy of Chinese middle school mathematics teachers is that teachers have the professional literacy of teacher education and mathematics cultivation.
