摘要 针对模糊决策信息环境下的专家权重确定问题提出一种基于Shapley值的Pythagorean模糊多属性群决策方法。本文引入Shapley值和特征函数的定义,提出Pythagorean模糊距离测度和Pythagorean模糊决策误差信息矩阵等概念,并研究它们的性质。进一步,构建基于Shapley值的Pythagorean模糊专家权重确定模型和属性权重确定模型。针对决策信息是以Pythagorean模糊数形式给出的决策问题,提出一种基于Shapley值的Pythagorean模糊多属性群决策方法,并应用到应急救援中,验证了该方法的有效性。 This paper proposes a novel approach to Pythagorean fuzzy multiple attribute group decision-making problems based on Shapley value considering the experts’weights.Firstly,the definitions of Shapley value and characteristic function are introduced,the concepts of Pythagorean fuzzy distance measure and Pythagorean fuzzy decision error information matrix are proposed,and their properties are studied.Then,a Pythagorean fuzzy expert weight determination model based on Shapley value is constructed.Moreover,a logarithmic minimum optimization model is developed to solve the priority weights in multiple attribute group decision-making problems.Finally,a Pythagorean fuzzy multiple attribute group decision-making approach based on Shapley value is proposed,and a practical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the method.
