数字化转型对企业创新绩效的作用机制研究

摘要 以长三角、珠三角地区173家制造业企业为样本,探讨了数字化转型对企业创新绩效的中间作用机制影响。结果表明:数字化转型正向作用于企业动态能力;个体遗忘强度越高、创业导向越强,数字化转型对企业动态能力、创新绩效的正向影响越强。动态能力在中介数字化转型和企业创新绩效之间关系的同时,还中介了数字化转型和个体遗忘对创新绩效的共同作用以及数字化转型和创业导向对创新绩效的共同作用,并且在数字化转型、个体遗忘、创业导向三项交互效应影响创新绩效关系中也起了中介作用。研究结论对深入了解数字化转型影响企业创新绩效的潜在中间机制和作用条件,进而在促进企业数字化转型取得显著成效等方面具有重大现实意义。 This study uses 173 manufacturing companies in the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta as research samples to explore the intermediate mechanism of digital transformation on corporate innovation performance.The research results show that digital transformation has a positive effect on the dynamic capabilities of enterprises;the higher the intensity of individual unlearning and the stronger the entrepreneurial orientation,the stronger the positive impact of digital transformation on the dynamic capabilities and innovation performance of enterprises.While mediating the relationship between digital transformation and corporation innovation performance,dynamic capabilities not only mediate the joint effect of digital transformation and individual unlearning on innovation performance,but also mediate the joint effect of digital transformation and entrepreneurial orientation on innovation performance.Besides,the dynamic capabilities also play an intermediary role in the relationship between innovation performance and the three interactive effects of digital transformation,individual unlearning,and entrepreneurial orientation.The conclusions of this study are of great practical significance for further understanding the potential intermediate mechanism and work conditions of digital transformation affecting the innovation performance of enterprises,and promoting the significant achievements of digital transformation of enterprises.
