摘要 目的:评估进食障碍症状影响量表简体中文版(EDSIS-C)在神经性厌食和神经性贪食照料者中应用的效度和信度。方法:选取符合DSM-5诊断标准的神经性厌食和神经性贪食患者的照料者206名,进行EDSIS-C和照料者负担量表(CBI)测评,随机选取其中31名照料者在2周内进行重测。结果:各条目内容效度(CVI)为0.86~1.00,量表平均CVI值为0.87。验证性因子分析显示拟合良好(χ2/df=600.80,CFI=0.63,TLI=0.60,RMSEA=0.08)。EDSIS-C与CBI两个量表的组内相关系数ICC为0.58 (P<0.01)。总量表的Cronbach α系数为0.83,营养、行为失控、内疚、社会孤立4个分量表的α系数分别为0.67、0.64、0.68和0.73;总量表的重测信度为0.69,4个分量表的重测信度分别为0.61、0.70、0.44、0.36。结论:进食障碍症状影响量表简体中文版具有良好的效度和信度,能够评估进食障碍症状对照料者的影响程度。 Objective:To evaluate the validity and reliability of the Chinese version of the Eating Disorders Symptom Impact Scale(EDSIS-C) among the caregivers of patients with anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa in China.Methods:Totally 206 caregivers of patients with anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa meeting diagnostic criteria of DSM-5 were assessed with EDSIS-C and Caregiver Burden Inventory(CBI).Totally 31 caregivers were randomly chosen to be retested with EDSIS-C within 2 weeks.Results:The content validity index(CVI) of each item was between 0.86 and 1.00.The average CVI of the scale was 0.87.As a result of the confirmative factor analysis, χ2/df=600.80,CFI=0.63,TLI=0.60,RMSEA=0.08.The interclass correlation coefficient of EDSIS-C and CBI was 0.58(P<0.01).The item-scale correlation ranged from 0.30 to 0.63.The Cronbach’s α coefficients for the EDSIS-C and the four subscales(nutrition, dysregulated behavior, guilt, social isolation) were 0.83,0.67,0.64,0.68 and 0.73,the Pearson correlation coefficients of retest were 0.69,0.61,0.70,0.44,and 0.36.Conclusion:The Simplified Chinese version of the Eating Disorder Symptom Impact Scale has good validity and reliability to assess the impact of eating disorder symptoms on caregivers.
