摘要 齿轮箱系统应用非常广泛,如发生故障将会影响机械的安全运行,也将严重威胁操作人员的安全,因此对齿轮的故障诊断很有必要。对“转子动力学”及“机械的奥秘”课程开设了以旋转设备故障诊断实验内容,利用故障仿真器中各种故障程度齿轮及轴承在不同转速下的数据采集和分析,得到了相关的实验规律。该诊断在验证设备可靠性的同时,为课程的实验教学探索出了一条道路,也为今后开展相关实验教学及科学研究做了一些有成效的工作。 The gearbox system is widely used.Fault of gearbox will affect the safe operation of the machine and seriously threaten the safety of the operator.Therefore,it is necessary to diagnose the fault of the gear.Therefore,we have set up an experimental course on fault diagnosis of rotating equipment for“Rotor Dynamics”and“Mystery of Machinery”courses.By using the data acquisition and analysis of the gear and bearing with different fault degree in the fault simulator at different speeds,the relevant experimental rules are obtained.The test bench can not only verify the reliability of the equipment,but also explore a way for the experimental teaching of the course,and has done some fruitful work for postgraduates to carry out related experimental teaching and scientific research in the future.
