摘要 由于现阶段缺少可信度较高的有效数据,对履带装甲车辆传动轴动态转矩数据采集及分析开展了研究。结合履带装甲车辆综合传动系统的技术特性,充分考虑到现有测试装置的特点,确定了关键部件和测点位置,为获得可信度相对较高的数据打下基础。为了能够给动态载荷谱编制提供可信度更高的数据,使用雨流滤波方法对综合传动系统载荷测试数据进行处理与分析后,再综合运用非参数估计、时域数据修正等方法对数据进行进一步的分析处理,得到可信度较高的载荷数据,最后从时域和频域方面对多工况动态转矩信号进行验证,确保了动态转矩测试的准确性,从而为后续的编谱工作提供了可信度高的有效数据。 based on a ministrial-level basic research project,i.e.the research on vehicle load spectrum compilation technology,the paper studies the data collection and analysis of dynamic torque on the transmission shaft of tracked armored vehicles due to the lack of reliable data at this stage.Considering the characteristics of both the integrated transmission system in tracked armored vehicles and the used measuring devices,the key measured components and points were determined.For the compilation of dynamic load spectrum,the rain flow filtering method was applied on the load test data of the integrated transmission system.Furthermore the nonparametric estimation and the time-domain data correction methods were used to analyze and process the data,and finally the load data with higher reliability was obtained.The dynamic torque signals under multiple working conditionsare verified in both the time and frequency domains,thus providing effective data with high reliability for the subsequent work of spectrum compilation.
