摘要 汽车前照灯光品质是衡量汽车照明系统安全性的一项重要指标。通过商用计算流体力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)软件Star-CCM+对汽车前照灯内部的流动情况、热力学特性以及起雾/除雾过程进行了模拟。研究表明,雾层厚度与分布主要与湿度、流动条件以及换热条件相关。探索了完整的大灯起雾仿真流程和CFD物理模型,研究了适用于该类开发的空气动力学、热学以及相变的边界条件设置。基于此研究,针对某前照灯原型模型进行模拟,并分析了该模型的起雾现象,依据仿真结果对该款车灯提供了改良意见。 The optical quality of vehicle headlamps is a significant indicator of safety performance of the automobile lighting system.The condensation processon the inside surface of headlamp lens was simulated by using the commercial CFD code Star-CCM+.The flow field and the fogging and defogging process had been simulated numerically.It is found that the fog thickness is related to ambient humidity,the flow conditions and heat transfer conditions.Acomplete simulation procedure and CFD physical model were investigated.The aerodynamic boundary conditionsand a phase-change model were introduced to represent the fogging and defogging processes on the lens.Finally a prototype model of headlamp was simulated and the fogging phenomenon was analyzed.based on the results obtained,suggestions to improve the headlamp defogging ability were provided.
