摘要 为了提供合理的一种双自由度半球型锥齿轮传动设计方法,基于双自由度啮合理论对该齿轮副传动进行研究。根据双自由度齿轮传动原理分析,建立冠轮与半球型锥齿轮共轭运动模型,基于双参数包络原理推导该锥形齿轮齿面方程。通过仿真计算获得齿面坐标数据,联合Pro/E软件建立几何模型。采用有限元方法对半球型锥齿轮副进行接触应力分析。研究表明:当相交轴夹角增大时,最大齿根弯曲应力与接触应力随之增大。 In order to provide a reasonable design method of a semi-spherical bevel gear(SBG),this gear pair is researchedaccording to gear meshing theory of two degrees of freedom.The conjugate motion model between crown gear and SBG is presented to derive the formula of tooth surface of SBG based on two-parameter envelope theory.The coordinate data of the tooth surface obtained through computer simulation areutilized to generate the geometry model of SBG inPro/E software.Contact stress analysis of SBG is performed according to the finite element method.The results indicate the increase of maximum tooth root bending stress and contact stress correlated with the increase of intersecting axes angle.
