摘要 目的构建艾滋病患者手术室护理质量敏感指标,以提高艾滋病患者手术室护理质量。方法通过严格的文献检索和研究小组讨论确定艾滋病患者手术室敏感指标,采用德尔菲法,对所得敏感指标进行论证和修正。结果确立了20项艾滋病患者手术室护理质量敏感指标。通过集中整理专家意见及对相关指标评审结论,2轮函询结果,专家积极性系数为100%,2轮专家问询权威系数均≥0.7,为可接受信度。说明2轮问卷结果可信度较高,综合显示指标体系的可信度较高。结论该指标体系有利于明确艾滋病患者护理目标,提高护理管理执行力,提升艾滋病患者手术护理质量。 Objective To explore the construction of sensitive indicators of nursing quality in operating room of AIDS patients,so as to improve the quality of nursing in operating room of AIDS patients.Methods Through strict literature search and research group discussion,the sensitive indicators of AIDS patients in the operating room were determined,and the Delphi method was used to demonstrate and revise the sensitive indicators.Results 20 sensitive indicators of nursing quality in operation room of AIDS patients were established.According to the results of two rounds of inquiry,the enthusiasm coefficient of experts is 100%,and the authority coefficient of two rounds of inquiry is more than or equal to 0.7.It shows that the results of the two rounds of questionnaire have high credibility,and the comprehensive indicator system has high credibility.Conclusion The index system is helpful to clarify the nursing objectives of AIDS patients,improve the implementation of nursing management and improve the quality of surgical care for AIDS patients.
