摘要 目的为了解近10年国内老年人跌倒研究热点及发展趋势,对我国老年跌倒领域研究热点进行共词聚类分析。方法检索2010-2019年中国知网学术期刊网络出版总库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(Wan Fang)、维普生物医学期刊数据库(VIP)和中国生物医学文献服务系统(CBM)收录的以"老年人跌倒"为主题的相关论文,采用书目共现分析系统Bicomb提取发文量及关键词,高频关键词形成词篇矩阵;采用NetDraw及Ucinet6.0软件对高频关键词分别进行社会网络分析和聚类分析。结果共检出882篇文献,研究热点可聚类为:跌倒评估、跌倒干预、跌倒心理、特定人群跌倒及基于机器学习及传感器的老年人跌倒研究5类。结论目前我国关于老年人跌倒的研究主要集中在评估、干预及特定人群的跌倒,未来可着眼于老年人跌倒心理或基于人工智能及大数据对老年人跌倒进行研究。 Objective Co-word cluster analysis was carried out in China from 2010 to 2019 in order to explore the research progress and hot-spots of accidental falls in the elderly.Methods The literature related to accidental falls in the elderly published between 2010 to 2019 from CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database were retrieved.Bicomb was used to extract literature quantity and key words.High-frequency words were used to conduct the co-word matrix,then NetDraw and Ucinet 6.0 was used for social network analysis and cluster analysis.Results Totally 882 references were retrieved,and there are 5 hot-spots of domain research,including fall assessment,fall intervention,fall psychology,falls in specific populations and fall studies on the elderly based on machine learning and sensors.Conclusions The researches on accidental falls in the elderly mainly focuses on assessment,intervention and falls in specific populations.In the future,we can focus on the psychology of the fall of the elderly and study the fall of the elderly based on artificial intelligence and big data.
