摘要 目的:测定不同处理北柴胡种子中香豆素的含量。方法:分别用蒸馏水、甲醇、乙醇、丙酮和乙醚浸泡北柴胡种子后,采用紫外可见分光光度法,在322 nm波长下测定北柴胡种子中香豆素的含量。结果:对照品香豆素在1.60~22.46μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为y=0.0267x-0.0057(r=0.9991),平均加样回收率为98.71%,RSD=1.30%(n=6)。结论:不同处理均能在一定程度上去除北柴胡种子中的香豆素,其中以乙醚浸泡后的去除效果最好。 Objective:To determine the coumarin content in seeds of Bupleurum chinese DC.after soaking in different solutions.Methods:After soaking the seeds with distilled water,methanol,ethanol,acetone and ether,the coumarin contents in the seeds were determined by UV visible spectrophotometry at 322 nm wavelength.Results:The results indicated that the linear relation of coumarin was good in the range of 1.60~22.46μg/mL,and the regression equation was y=0.0267x-0.0057(r=0.9991).The average recovery rate was 98.71%,and RSD=1.30%(n=6).Conclusion:Different treatments all could remove the coumarin in the seeds of Bupleurum chinese DC.to a certain extent,among which diethyl ether immersion has the best removal effect.
