摘要 目的:对不同产地甘草中重金属的转移率进行测定,并通过风险评估来指导进口甘草质量标准的制定,助力甘草这一味药材发挥出更大的作用。方法:使用微波消解法,对甘草样品进行前处理,通过ICP-MS等对全球各产地中的甘草以及甘草中的Pb、Cd、Cu、As、Hg这5种元素的含量进行检测,同时对可能产生的风险予以评估。结果:国内甘草10批有7批铅超标,进口甘草10批有8批铅超标,其他都满足药典的相关规定。通过最终的风险评估结论可了解到,对于铅元素之外的其他重金属以及具有危害性质的元素,人体对应摄入量的平均值,都应当小于每星期耐受量的10%(该数据为WHO提出的建议),通过此类方式可实现风险的有效控制。结论:甘草中铅元素的含量相对较高,要把好种植和进口关。 Objective:To determine the transfer rate of heavy metals in Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.from different producing areas at home and abroad,and to guide the formulation of quality standards for imported glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.by risk assessment,to promote licorice to play a greater role.Methods:Licorice samples need to be processed prior to the use of microwave solution,and the content of licorice and its internal Pb,Cd,Cu,As,and Hg in various sources around the world is tested by ICP-MS,as well as the possible risks.Results:7 batches of domestic licorice exceeded the standard of lead,8 batches of imported licorice exceeded the standard of chinese Pharmacopoeia.The results of risk assessment confirmed that the average intake of other heavy metals and harmful elements except lead was less than 10%of the weekly tolerance intake(recommended by WHO),so the risk was low.Conclusion:The content of lead in glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.is relatively high at home and abroad.
