摘要 为满足三外涵变循环发动机在不同工作模式之间平稳安全、快速过渡的要求,提出了性能系数矩阵的概念,分析了不同模式切换过程中可调参数变化对发动机性能的影响,进行了模式切换控制计划的设计。通过增加单-双外涵模式切换过程中风扇进口空气流量不变和双-三外涵模式切换过程中推力不变的性能约束改进控制计划设计,并进行仿真验证与对比分析。结果表明:改进设计的模式切换控制计划可实现三外涵变循环发动机在模式切换过程中的可靠工作,同时缩短模式切换时间,减小发动机性能参数波动。 In order to satisfy requirements of steady and fast mode transition of triple bypass variable cycle engine,the concept of performance coefficient matrix was proposed to analyze the influence of different ad⁃justment mechanisms on aero-engine performance parameters during different kinds of mode transition and the corresponding control schedule was formulated.After that,according to constant inlet air flow perfor⁃mance requirement during single-double bypass mode transition and constant thrust performance require⁃ment during double-triple bypass mode transition,the control schedule was optimized.Finally,simulation verification and detailed analysis were performed.The results show that the reliable operation of triple by⁃pass variable cycle engine in mode transition can be accomplished by improved designed control schedule,meanwhile the mode transition time can be greatly shortened and the fluctuation of engine performance pa⁃rameters is reduced.
