摘要 介绍了航空发动机“整机寿命+大部件翻修寿命+A类件安全循环寿命”的寿命控制体系根据危害性分类分层进行寿命控制和修理的优点。结合某型发动机寿命研究,阐述了基于大量实际使用、修理数据,通过领先使用、分阶段检查评估确定发动机总寿命的评定方法、标准以及可靠性、安全性、性能衰减等分析评估技术。这套寿命控制体系、寿命评定方法,精细准确、安全经济,在该型发动机寿命控制和修理工作得到有效运用,且效果良好,对其他型号发动机的寿命研究工作具有一定的参考价值。 The aero-engine life control system consisting of the whole engine life,large parts overhaul life and class A safety cycle life was introduced.The system had advantage of the hierarchical classification of control life and repair based on hazard degrees.Meanwhile,combined with the aero-engine life research and a large amount of operation and repair data,the aero-engine life assessment method and technology(standard,reliability,safety and performance degradation,et al.)were introduced to determine the aero-en⁃gine total life by early access and multistage inspection.This set of life control system and life assessment method was precise,accurate,safe and economical.It has been effectively used in the life control research and repair work of one type of aero-engine,and also has certain reference value for the life research work of other aero-engines.
